US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Not happy at All!

I thought that this item would be self sharpening. It's not. And it is not a fine line like the original self sharpening pencil; which seems to be out of stock in my two colors of CoCo and Bronze all the time. I do not want to order any other colors as I am allergic to most other colors. So sad.

I have so many Doll 10 products and I love them all. You can make them as soft or as bold as you like.at my age, 70,obviously I know what I’m doing.
