If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. SOLUTIONS FOR THIN BROWS & ROOTS

For Brows, use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows. Apply the powder onto the brow using the brow brush. Use the spooley brush to pull the color through. Use the trio of shades to create an even finish that has natural highlights and lowlights. Apply the darker shade to areas that have little to no hair (usually the front of the brow), and then the lighter shades over both the darker shade and the rest of the brows (specifically the ends). For Hair, dab the brush in the powder, create a part and apply the powder along the scalp from back to front.

Fills in better than a eye brow pencil.

I think I will like this once I get the hang of it. I've never used a powder but I already like it better than a eye brow pencil.
