HOW TO USE

Apply crayon along the upper and lower lash line. It can also be used as a shadow, on the inner rim for a more dramatic look or smudged along the lash line for a sultry look. The ultra-creamy, water-resistant formula has a 30 second “smudge time” once applied so you can blend it out to a sultry, smoky look or keep it precise!
