We may add or remove countries, so please check this site regularly. International orders cannot be modified after they are submitted.
International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be canceled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the canceled order.
Payments: All transactions are settled in U.S. dollars; however, you will see pricing in local currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final price charged to you.
Duties & Taxes: International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are collected once a shipment has been shipped) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. The price quote for any fees, duties and taxes is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order is shipping, these charges will be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Doll 10 has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout. All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.
Shipping Refusal and Returns: If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer. An additional return shipping charge will be assessed for orders that are refused. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes back-ordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
Importer of Record: By ordering goods from www.doll10.com for shipping to destinations outside the United States, you expressly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) for the products ordered by you, and, accordingly, customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the applicable country and are solely responsible for the payment of Fees either at the time of sale or at the time of importation (as applicable). You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to Doll 10’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes Doll 10’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. Doll 10’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by Doll 10’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from Doll 10 and transportation conditions from Doll 10’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

Timing: International orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. Once the package leaves our warehouse it can be anywhere from 7-21 days until delivery. Due to global shipping delays, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update.
International Returns & Exchanges:
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund Fees. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details.
International Shipping Options:
Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. From time to time, we will be able to offer free shipping promotions, it will solely be at doll 10’s discretion to determine how your order will be shipped. You can always opt to pay for expedited shipping if it's available to your final destination. Please note that select countries will only allow for specific shipping methods – Doll 10 will always display all available shipping methods we offer to your country.

Merchandise Exceptions
Certain items on our online site may be unavailable for international shipping. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped internationally. International customers will be notified to remove restricted items during checkout. If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported to your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process.
The products available on our websites, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Customers may not purchase more than 6 units of a single item in one transaction and/or within a 24 hours window. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
