US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

I find it to be fair. I miss your 2 lip products which was one in the morning & one at night.

Great new product!

My lips are dry and I had to give this a try. It doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful color and very moisturizing. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Safflower oil!

I was so excited about this and I hope it works for others but I’ll have to stick with similar products from other companies. Like many people allergic to ragweed (aka seasonal allergies), with sensitive skin, I’m SO allergic to safflower oil which is a low quality cheap oil unfortunately used in some skincare and makeup. It’s often targeted at sensitive and mature skin types oddly. Can skincare and makeup products be ironic? It’s often mixed with other low quality food grade oils such as canola or “vegetable oil” in condiments and sauces that have burned my mouth and caused vicious rashes until I got off of condiments and safflower laced products for good. I’m sorry to leave a critical review Doris! I’m always routing for you. I’d love to see this oil disappear from skincare where it has no place and replaced with higher quality oils that are more skin-like such as jojoba and many others with better shelf lives and benefits.
