If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. SOLUTION FOR THIN BROWS

Start with the retractable mechanical powder pencil; only twist up slightly until the product reveals itself. Begin applying in the fullest part of your brow, and simply fill in your brows using short strokes. Turning the tip vertically allows you to draw individual hairs. When brows are defined to perfection, use the brush on the other end of the component to groom the brows into place.

Creamy Texture

This is one of the better brow pencils I’ve used. Goes on creamy and fills out brows nicely. I like the angled tip. Would like to see a bigger range of colors (some auburn maybe?) but I’d buy again.

Love this - but need a grayish color for white/gray/silver hair

This pencil is wonderful. It glides on easily and you can get light or heavy coverage, and still fine tune your look with the great spoolie brush. Can you please consider a new color for those of us who are embracing white/gray/silver hair? I’ve tried both the taupe and universal, but they are just too brown for me now. Thank you!

Great! Please consider another color?

This is my new favorite brow pencil. It glides on so easily. It gives you the option of light coverage or heavier coverage - and if you overdo it, the brush allows you to lighten it for the look you are seeking. I just have one request - can you please make a grayish color for those of us who are embracing the white/gray/silver hair - because the universal and taupe now have too much brown for white/gray/silver hair. Thanks!
